A square building on a hill over the village of Pournarokastro near Patra in Peloponnese, at the foot of Panachaikon mountain.

The building was probably a Frankish tower and the last remain of a castle which is identified as Prinarokastro, Cumarocastro, Camerocastro, Curnerocastro, or Cazadarocastro in 1364, 1408, 1463, 1467 and 1471 lists of fiefs.

Travelers of previous centuries report one castle and another tower in the village.

The building that still remains today is a ruined square tower of ca. 2.5 m height, built with roughly hewn porous limestones. The lower part of the southeast corner of the tower exhibits a different construction system of larger well-cut blocks. Remains of walls and rubble piles around the tower could be associated with a circumference wall.
