Remains of a tower and enceinte on a low hill on the north side of the village of Ano Souli in the Municipality of Marathon.
We do not know anything about the tower and there is no indication or information about the date of construction. The style of stonework and the use of mortar show that it is a medieval construction, perhaps of the Byzantine period.
Only the base of the tower on which a newer, makeshift building with concrete blocks (probably a pumping station) has been built survives. A large part of the fortification ptotecting the yard around the tower is also preserved.
